The first comment period for the proposed new Zoning Ordinance closed on March 27, 2015, with more than 1,000 comments, questions, or concerns provided by the public. Planning Staff is currently reviewing and compiling responses to the feedback received and will submit the public comments, responses, and propose amendments to improve the code based on the public feedback to the Board of Aldermen. The next public meeting of the Land Use Committee to discuss the code is May 6th at 6 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chambers at City Hall. All are welcome.
