LOCATION
The City of Somerville will hold a virtual information session and public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021 water and sewer rates on Thursday, June 11. The information session will start at 6 p.m. and the public hearing will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Anyone who would like to testify is welcome to attend. Written testimony will also be accepted until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16. Written testimony can be submitted by emailing water@somervillema.gov or by mailing it to the Water and Sewer Department, 17 Franey Rd., Somerville, MA 02145.
The information session and hearing will be hosted on the GoToWebinar platform and there will also be an option to call into the meeting from a phone.

The information session and public hearing will be recorded and rebroadcast on City Cable (channel 13 on RCN, channel 22 on Comcast) and on the City’s YouTube channel.
The proposed rates were submitted to the City Council during its meeting on Thursday, May 28, and can be viewed online at www.somervillema.gov/water.
Interpretation into Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Kreyol, or Nepali is available upon advance request (at least 5 business days advance notice needed) by contacting the SomerViva Office of Immigrant Affairs at somerviva@somervillema.gov or calling 311.
