This clinic will offer COVID-19 (12y+) and Influenza vaccines. 

Vaccines Offered:

  • Influenza (flu) (for anyone age 6 months and older)
  • High-Dose Influenza (for ages 65+)
  • Pfizer COVID-19 Updated 2024-25 Vaccine (for age 19 years and older)
  • Moderna COVID-19 Updated 2024-25 Vaccine (for age 6 months to 18 years ONLY, no exceptions)


You can also find vaccination sites in Massachusetts at vaxfinder.mass.gov or by calling 211, a free information and referral service to health and human services that’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
