LOCATION

The Greater Boston Chinese Golden Age Center, the City of Somerville Council on Aging, and SomerViva: Office of Immigrant Affairs invite Chinese-speaking community members to join the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. This program offers supportive workshops designed to build participants’ confidence in managing their health and leading active, fulfilling lives. Each participant is encouraged to tailor the program to their individual needs. The workshops will cover techniques for managing symptoms of chronic conditions, including fatigue, pain, sleeplessness, shortness of breath, stress, and emotional issues such as depression, anger, fear, and frustration. The workshops will be conducted in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
