Building a healthy eating pattern is easiest if we know what we need to eat for a balanced diet. Let’s take what we have learned from the food groups and food label and put it to work on creating some food plans. A lifetime of healthy eating can help prevent health problems like obesity, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and some types of cancer. Make your everyday meal, as an opportunity to make a healthy choice.

Mondays: September 9th, September 16th, September 23rd & September 30th
11:00am-11:45am via ZOOM
12:30pm-1:15pm at the Ralph & Jenny Senior Center
