In this meeting, the owners/applicants and their development team will present a plan to add a canopy/awning at the main entrance to a non-conforming building type in the NR Zoning District. There will be an opportunity to discuss issues and potential impacts. The development team will use this feedback for seeking zoning approval of the project.
