Over the last few months, we have learned that reading the Food Label will keep us informed and helps us make more informed choices about what we are putting into our bodies. A lifetime of healthy eating can help prevent health problems like obesity, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and some types of cancer. Make your everyday meal an opportunity to make a healthy choice.
Mondays: August 5th, August 12th, August 19th & August 26th 11:00am-11:45am via ZOOM
12:30pm-1:15pm at the Ralph & Jenny Senior Center
Wednesdays: August 7th, August 14th, August 21st & August 28th 10:00am - 10:45am at the Holland St. Senior Center
