Pursuant to the City of Somerville’s Zoning Ordinance, this notice is being mailed by certified mail to all direct abutters, and abutters of abutters within 300 feet of 520 Columbia Street & 56 Webster Avenue, and all other known parties in interest, in accordance with Somerville Zoning Code Section 15.1.7. A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held on May 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM, regarding the proposed Master Plan Special Permit for the redevelopment of 520 Columbia Street & 56 Webster Avenue by the property owner’s agent, Triad Alpha Partners, LLC. This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 2 City Councilor JT Scott, and the Union Square Neighborhood Council.
