The City of Somerville’s Board of Health will host a public hearing to review potential changes to the Regulation of the Somerville Board of Health Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products and Smoke Accessories. The proposed regulation changes are available below.
Individuals from the public are welcome to attend the meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this public meeting will be conducted via remote participation.
