In this meeting, the owners/applicants and their development team will present a plan to demolish the existing structure at 246 Broadway and to construct a five story, mixed-use building with the required number of affordable residential units. There will be an opportunity to discuss issues and potential impacts. The development team will use this feedback for seeking zoning approval of the project.
