LOCATION
This playful class is for everyone—regardless of health, age, or ability. We alternate between sitting and standing, but you can remain seated the whole time and still get the benefits. Out of shape? Limited mobility? Recent surgery or injury? This is the perfect class to get you moving again.
This program improves balance—thereby decreasing the risk of falls, increases range of motion, and helps participants gain strength and endurance, all of which add to the overall well-being of anyone, especially those with any chronic illness or medical condition, providing an incentive to improve quality of life by making exercise silly, social, and joyous.
We dance with props to eclectic music—from Broadway to Bollywood, Rock to R&B, Country to Classics, Pop to Polka, Folk to Fifties. Be prepared to have fun on your way to better health.
