LOCATION
A public hearing for all interested parties will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chambers, 2nd Floor, Somerville City Hall, 93 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA.
290 Highland Ave ZBA #2015-01: Applicant & Owner, 290 Highland Ave LLC, seek a Special Permit to alter a nonconforming structure, a Special Permit with Site Review to establish 7 units and Variances for dimensional requirements such as lot area per dwelling unit, building story height, and setbacks. A Variance is required for parking relief. RC Zone. Ward 3

As cases may be continued to later dates, please check the agenda on the City’s website or call before attending. Continued cases will not be re-advertised.
