Successful firm to work with the City of Somerville, the Project’s Engineer and Construction Manager at Risk to develop and supervise the implementation of comprehensive building systems start up and testing for all systems/sub-systems including by not limited to electrical, HVAC and system components/major equipment sequence of operations for the entire storm water system. Project consists of 50 MGD Storm Water Pump Station, Storm Water Storage Tank, landscaping for public park and community gardens.
