Housing continues to be the hot-button issue in Somerville. Join us during Fair Housing Month to learn about your rights and best practices regarding housing.
The SPL will host a hybrid (virtual + in-person) conversation with the Somerville Fair Housing Commission about rights with tenants and landlords. This meeting will focus on the best practices for tenant screenings. For landlords, know what practices can get you into hot water, based on recent changes to the laws and regulations regarding screenings. And tenants will be able to hear about their rights regarding finding housing.
Register below and please indicate whether you will be attending in-person or on Zoom.
