"The Wellbeing of Somerville": Read the 2017 Report and Take Part in the Followup Survey

The City of Somerville and Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) recently completed a community health needs assessment called The Wellbeing of Somerville Report 2017. As a follow up to this report, the City and CHA are working together to better understand the healthcare service needs and health priorities of the Somerville community. We invited residents to take a survey to help us to identify and prioritize health needs for you, your family, and the Somerville Community. The survey was made available in multiple languages, and the results are available below.
