Somerville Inviting Community to Central Broadway Corridor Zoning Study Presentation
Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the Somerville Division of Planning, Preservation and Zoning are inviting residents, business owners, and community members to attend a public presentation on the Central Broadway Corridor Zoning Study. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for in-person attendees.
City staff will present key takeaways from the study, followed by a Q&A session. The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation.

This event will provide an overview of the study’s findings, which propose a vision for increased density and transit-oriented development along the corridor. The study is the result of extensive research, analysis, and public engagement with local stakeholders.
