School St. Bridge Detour 6/9-6/14 (GLX Work)

Due to ongoing work on the School St. Bridge in preparation for the Green Line Extension, the bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. on Fri., June 12 through noon on Sun., June 14. During this time, pedestrians will still be able to access the entirety of School St., however vehicles will be detoured as follows:

• Vehicles turning right onto School St. from Medford St. will be detoured onto Richdale Ave.
• Abutters between Montrose St. and Highland Ave. will be able to access their homes via Highland Ave.
• During work hours, School St. in this area will be temporarily converted to allow two-way traffic for abutters only.
