Orange Line Assembly Station Opens at Assembly Row in Somerville, Tuesday, Sept. 2

To
mark the historic opening of the Orange Line Assembly Station T-stop in
Somerville, MA—the first new MBTA T-station to open in more than a
quarter century— and Somerville’s newest neighborhood Assembly Row we
invite you to join Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone, Federal Realty and other
Somerville officials for a celebratory walk to the official ribbon
cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 2. For further information, please

A Tribute to Somerville’s Newest Neighborhood

Walk through the neighborhood to the brand new T station for an official ribbon cutting ceremony

2:30 p.m.

An official Speaking Program and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at the Assembly T Station with

Governor Deval Patrick, Mayor Curtatone and other officials
