Notice of Water and Sewer Billing Issue

The Water & Sewer Department is currently undergoing hardware & software upgrades. If you believe there is an error with your bill, we apologize and ask that you e-mail water@somervillema.gov with your account number, address, a description of the potential error, a copy of your bill, and a photo of the water meter showing the reading (and if possible, the serial number).
