City of Somerville FY 2023 Budget Public Hearing

All interested community members are invited to attend and speak at the Budget Public Hearing before the Somerville City Council’s Committee on Finance on Monday, June 6, at 6 p.m. for public input on the proposed FY 2023 municipal budget.

This meeting will be conducted via remote participation online in a webinar hosted on GoToWebinar. There are two ways to participate:

  1. Join online: To attend and be heard, go to somervillema.gov/fy23budget and follow the link to register for the public hearing. After registering, you will receive an email with instructions to join the webinar when it starts.
  2. Write or email: If you are unable to attend but wish to be heard, you may send written comments by U.S. mail to the City Clerk, 93 Highland Avenue, 02143, or by email to cityclerk@somervillema.gov. Comments must arrive no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the public hearing in order to be sure they are conveyed to the Council.
     

 


Interpretation into Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Kreyol, or Nepali may be available upon advance request by contacting the SomerViva Office of Immigrant Affairs at somerviva@somervillema.gov or calling 311 at 617-666-3311. 

Persons with disabilities who need auxiliary aids and services for effective communication (i.e., CART, ASL), written materials in alternative formats, or reasonable modifications in policies and procedures in order to access the programs, activities, and meetings of the City of Somerville should please contact Adrienne Pomeroy at 617-625-6600 ext. 2059 or apomeroy@somervillema.gov.
