Assembly Square Neighborhood Plan Presentation, October 13

The City of Somerville is set to debut the new Assembly Square Neighborhood Plan.

The Assembly Square Neighborhood Plan is a master plan and zoning recommendation document that establishes the long-term vision for Assembly Square, Somerville’s newest and fastest growing neighborhood. Once adopted, it will provide the basis for decision making, development, and further planning as Somerville and the Assembly Square Neighborhood move into the future.

After more than a year engaged in a comprehensive public process, the City has finalized the draft plan and is ready to share it with the community. Please join the Planning Division as they present the plan virtually on Wednesday, October 13, at 6 p.m. The meeting link will be posted before the event at somervoice.somervillema.gov/assemblynp.

After the presentation, community members will be able to provide feedback before the plan goes to the Planning Board for official consideration on November 4.
