Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce an income-restricted resale homeownership opportunity in Assembly Row.
Unit 602 at 375 Canal Street is a one-bedroom condo available to households with a yearly gross income at or below 80% of Area Median Income ($70,750 for a one-person household, or $80,850 for a two-person household).
About the Unit: Unit 602 is a one-bedroom unit on the sixth floor of the Alloy condominium development, adjacent to the Row Hotel in Assembly Row. Units in this condominium originally sold in late 2018 and early 2019. Unit 602 includes a parking space in the next-door garage as well as access to the hotel’s pool and fitness center, club room with lounge, quiet study and conference room, rooftop terrace, concierge, package acceptance, and dry-cleaning delivery.
