Affordable Homeownership Opportunity at 13 Alpine Street Condominiums

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce an income-restricted homeownership opportunity. 

Unit 301 at 13 Alpine Street is a two-bedroom condo available to households with a yearly gross income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income ($80,850 for a two-person household; $90,950 for a three-person household; $101,105 for a four-person household). 

About the Unit: Unit 301 is a two-bedroom unit on the third floor of the new 13 Alpine Street Condominiums. Unit 301 includes a parking space in the onsite parking garage and features hardwood oak flooring, modern kitchen appliances, marble bathroom tile, a Juliet-style balcony, and other modern finishes. How to Apply: Multilingual applications and full eligibility requirements are available at somervillema.gov/inclusionaryhousing. Applications must be submitted by Thursday, March 31, at 2 p.m. Completed applications can be emailed to inclusionary@somervillema.gov, mailed or hand-delivered to the Inclusionary Housing Program (Housing Division) at 50 Evergreen Avenue, Somerville, MA 02145 (must be received by this date, not postmarked), or faxed to the Inclusionary Housing Program at 617-591-3235.
