Let’s take what we have learned from the food groups and food label and put it to work on creating some food plans.

Zumba Gold® uses Latin and international rhythms and is a lower-intensity version of Zumba® to cater to active older adults. It uses easy-to-follow moves that focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination.

This one-hour session will treat you to a playlist of diverse musical offerings: a little jazz, some "oldies but goodies," a smidgen of classical, a dip into barbershop, a trip to Broadway.
